Ingredients:
1 Package crescent rolls
4 beaten eggs
1 LB. sausage ( fried ) 2 cups hashbrown potatoes ( frozen)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
roll/spread crescent rolls out flat in ungreased 13 by 9 pan. pour beaten eggs over dough. spread fried sausage over eggs. add hashbrown potatoes uncooked over sausage. sprinkle cheese. BAKE 350 FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTILL CHEESE IS MELTED .

Catfish with Pesto
Ingredients:
4 catfish, orange roughy or red snapper
fillets (1 1/2 pounds)
1/4 cup pesto
20 strips roasted bell pepper (from 12-ounce jar)
Directions :
Heat oven to 425º. If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces.
Place fish in greased square baking dish, 8 × 8 × 2 inches. Spread pesto
evenly over each piece of fish. Top each piece with 5 roasted pepper
strips. Cover and bake about 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with
fork.
